Kacey is the founder of Plus One Foundation and the driving force behind its mission that helping one person creates a ripple effect. Plus one, plus one, plus one. After a traumatic brain injury from a fall in 2001, she saw the importance of individualized support, community, and compassion.

Kacey believes that support should be more than just a Band-Aid. It should be personal and meaningful. This experience led her to her life’s mission to help everybody of all abilities enjoy any life experience they want.

Under her leadership, Plus One has expanded from its Seattle roots to funding needs and supporting individuals nationwide. Plus One has also expanded by creating a chapter at the University of Washington, extending its reach and life-changing opportunities to even more people.

Her resilience and commitment to helping others reach their goals inspire the continued growth of Plus One Foundation. Kacey’s leadership ensures that each person we help receives support that enriches their lives.
