Kacey Jeniene Kroeger, CNP
Co-Founder, Executive Director
Kacey Kroeger is the founder of Plus One Foundation and the driving force behind its guiding principle: helping one person creates a ripple effect of positive change.
Following a traumatic brain injury sustained from a fall in 2001, Kacey realized firsthand the vital importance of individualized care, community, and compassion. She believes that support should go far beyond a temporary fix—it must be deeply personal and meaningful. This journey sparked her lifelong mission: empowering individuals of all abilities to fully engage in the experiences they desire.
Under her guidance, Plus One has grown from its local Seattle roots to provide funding and connection to individuals nationwide, alongside establishing a thriving chapter at the University of Washington. Driven by resilience and dedication, Kacey ensures that every person the foundation reaches receives transformative support that truly enriches their life.
