Our annual Stand Up! Gala honors the lives of our clients, their families, and our amazing supporters. You can expect an unforgettable night out featuring comedy from Jaci Terjeson, Richard Bowen, and Lucy Tollefson, a riveting musical performance from Lucia Flores-Wiseman, live and silent auctions, a dessert dash, and a curated meal from Baker’s Dozen and signature drinks.
We’ll have auction items donated by local favorites across the Pacific Northwest, including the Seattle Kraken, Stones Throw Brewery, and UW Football!
This year we’ll be heading back to the historic Washington Hall Ballroom. Join us this July 18 at 6 PM for a night out with true meaning! All proceeds go towards enriching the lives of individuals with neurological conditions.

Meet this year’s entertainers!
Lucy Flores-Wiseman
Lucia Flores-Wiseman is a Mexican-American singer-songwriter from Seattle, Washington, whose music blends indie, folk, soul, jazz, and subtle rock into emotive storytelling and soulful vocals.
Since 2018, she has built a reputation for performances that are both intimate and powerful, inviting listeners into spaces of reflection and connection. Influenced by Brandi Carlile, Amy Winehouse, and Norah Jones, her artistry carries both raw emotional depth and quiet strength.
Lucia gained national attention as the 4th place finalist on Season 27 of The Voice, earning a four-chair turn and joining Team Adam, where her standout performances were widely praised for their originality and soulfulness.
She has shared the stage with Brandi Carlile, performed at festivals across the country, and continues to release music that reflects her voice, vision, and vulnerability. Currently, she is working on her debut EP, a project that promises to further showcase her depth as a songwriter and performer.
Andy Iwancio
Andy Iwancio is a trans gal comedian from Seattle (by way of Baltimore). With her ten years of comedy she brings a witty, sardonic and slightly profane style to her jokes about navigating marriage, having a disability.
Her full-length comedy album “Better Living Through Femmistry” was released on the legendary label Kill Rock Stars in 2024 charting at #1 on the iTunes comedy chart and #1 on the Amazon comedy charts. In 2025, her EP "Old School" for Burn This Records charted at #2 on iTunes comedy chart and #1 on the
Amazon comedy chart.
Richard Bowen
Richard Bowen is a Seattle-based stand-up comic. His one-liners, rapid-fire wordplay and absurdist takes have made people laugh in all 50 states.
Jaci Terjeson
Jaci Terjeson is an up-and-coming comedian from Seattle whose sharp wit and physical comedy have solidified her as a force to be reckoned with. She is a regular opener for SNL’s Tim Meadows and is a featured comic in Nate Jackson’s upcoming show, Super FunnyComedy Jam. Jaci was a standout and top finalist in the prestigiousSeattle International Comedy Competition, where she placed every night of the competition. She was also a top finalist in Nate Jackson’s Funniest MF contest, where she received multiple perfect scores. She’s been a selected performer at Bumbershoot, SF Sketchfest, Treefort Festival and more. Jaci has a podcast called, ‘The Manic World of Jaci Terj’ and was featured as “Comic of the Week” on the Jackie and Laurie Show.

Last year, the Plus One family gathered for an unforgettable evening of stand-up comedy featuring Holly Anne D., Taylor Clarke, and Robert Pidde.
We heard moving speeches from key voices both inside and outside our organization, including our founder, Kacey Kroeger. It was a night to remember, with spirited bidding in the live and silent auctions and a fun, competitive dessert dash.
