About the instructor:
Quinn (they/them) has been practicing yoga for around eight years, and teaching for two. Their practice has supported them through growth, injury, healing, and transformation. They have experienced the healing and liberatory impact of these practices on individuals and communities!
Quinn has completed two 200-hour yoga teacher training courses. They strive to teach in a way that’s accessible and trauma-informed. Most of Quinn’s teaching experience so far has been leading chair yoga for seniors. They are passionate about expanding yoga beyond a “fitness” class and making practices accessible to more people, especially those who don’t feel welcome in typical yoga settings.
They’re excited to be teaching “Yoga & Dance” with Plus One Foundation this fall!
