Plus One FulFILLment Package
Plus One is starting a “FulFILLment Care Package” subscription box of nutritious, shelf-stable food that will be delivered right to the mailbox of those in need—similar to a food bank distribution, but in the form of a care package, which will be delivered by US Mail to an address anywhere in the United States.
Any US resident who struggles with food insecurity, no matter their age, race, creed, or gender, can apply to assist their household/family and supplement their table through Plus One’s FulFILLment care package. The first 50 people who complete the mail-in application process will become part of the trial program and care packages will be sent via United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail direct to their address. If the trial program succeeds in assisting hungry people, the feedback is positive, and the request for assistance grows, more slots will become available for new subscribers.

Please submit contact information in the web form below (or inquire via email) to receive your FulFILLment application questionnaire by U.S. mail. The first 50 applicants who return their completed questionnaire by postage-paid envelope will qualify as part of the trial group-- and your FulFILLment care package subscription will begin soon after!
